NPDES Pre-Application meetings are strongly recommended.   NCCD typically holds Chapter 102 Pre-application meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month via Zoom.  In January (2025) it will be the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays.  Available time slots are: 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, & 2 pm.  Please complete the DEP Chapter 102 Pre-Application Meeting Request Form and email it to Jon Fox & Carrie Cevicelow with your preferred date and time, and we will try to accommodate you.
