We encourage you to submit applications electronically via email at northamptoncd@northamptoncd.org or via mail. In-person application drop-offs must be scheduled in advance. Please contact District Office at 610-726-1030 if you wish to schedule a drop-off.
NPDES Pre-Application meetings are strongly recommended. NCCD typically holds Chapter 102 Pre-application meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month via Zoom. Available time slots are: 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, & 2 pm. Please complete the DEP Chapter 102 Pre-Application Meeting Request Form and email it to Jon Fox with your preferred date and time, and we will try to accommodate you.
