NOTE: As of Friday, August 15, the DEP has reinstated PCSM delegation to the Northampton County Conservation District. With this change, the temporary 25% discount is no longer in effect. All fees will now be assessed according to the District’s approved fee schedule. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for details.
